Product Condition
We sell bags that have been previously owned, so the condition might vary from item to item. We accept only clean and wearable items and we inspect each item before listing it, to make sure it respects our quality standards. Every product page includes detailed photos, in which any sign of wear is clearly visible.
EXCELLENT:
The item is in perfect condition and exhibits no signs of wear or damage. It might come with or without the original tags and accessories.
VERY GOOD:
The item has been gently used and is in almost new condition. It displays minimal signs of wear, such as minor scuffs and scratches.
GOOD:
The item has been regularly used but has been well maintained. It exhibits some signs of wear and tear, including small stains, minor holes, scratches or blemishes.
FAIR:
The item has been regularly used and exhibits visible signs of wear and tear, damage, or potential repairs.
